Pay Revision Caution

 

The Government presented Pay Revision recommendations in the National Assembly on 5th June 2019. In this backdrop, it is important to take caution should it trigger immediate implications in the market/business in terms of cost. Government is dedicated to prevent any undesired rise in house rent and the prices of goods and commodities prompted in the event. Any such effects on market would violate Tenancy Act of Bhutan 2015 and Consumer Protection Act of Bhutan 2012. G2C Office is a public service delivery initiative under the Prime Minister's Office with the primary objective to simplify and enhance the delivery of public services. The office has been institutionalized as Public Services & Grievances Redressal Division (PSGRD) under Cabinet Secretariat in end of 2016.

While the services are simplified and made available through various channels by office in collaboration with respective agencies, it is the mandates of respective agencies to provide it responsibly. Any individual availing service can track and follow up the status of the service via various platforms (online, SMS, Toll free Number).

Should any individual fail to avail the service, delay in availing service on time or get confused while getting service, they are advised to use above channels to follow up on the services. One can also register and use our eKaaSel system to provide feedback or raise grievance too.
