Portal Disclaimer Notice
G2C Office is a public service delivery initiative under the Prime Minister's Office with the primary objective to simplify and enhance the delivery of public services. The office has been institutionalized as Public Services & Grievances Redressal Division (PSGRD) under Cabinet Secretariat in end of 2016.
While the services are simplified and made available through various channels by office in collaboration with respective agencies, it is the mandates of respective agencies to provide it responsibly. Any individual availing service can track and follow up the status of the service via various platforms (online, SMS, Toll free call center).
Should any individual fail to avail the service, delay in availing service on time or get confused while getting service, they are advised to use above channels to follow up on the services. One can also register and use our eKaseel system to provide feedback or raise grievance too. Aside from that, contact numbers of the service providing agencies are also available on the contact page of this portal.


eKaaSel - Online Grievance Redressal System Launched
Hon'ble Lyonchhen launched the online grievance redressal system- eKaaSel on December 27, 2017. The system is intended to streamline the grievance component of service delivery. Hon'ble Lyonchhen stated that one of the core responsibilities of the government is to provide public services, wherein redressing grievances is a critical measure of how effectively the services are provided to the citizens.
PSGRD would like to encourage users/applicants to submit feedback/ grievance through the eKaaSel system, available on the Citizen Portal (www.citizenservices.gov.bt).

Handing Taking of Samdrup Jongkhar Thromde G2C Services
On December 11, 2017, The Director of Cabinet Secretariat, Lobzang Dorji handed over the 10 eServices to Samdrup Jongkhar Thromde. The eServices were developed by PSGRD, Cabinet Secretariat(erstwhile G2C Office) in pursuit of improving public service delivery.
