G2C Office is a public service delivery initiative under the Prime Minister's Office with the primary objective to simplify and enhance the delivery of public services.

While the services are simplified and made available through various channels by G2C Office in collaboration with respective agencies, it is the mandates of respective agencies to provide it responsibly.

Any individual availing service can track and follow up the status of the service via various platforms (online, SMS, Toll free call center).

Should any individual fail to avail the service, delay in availing service on time or get confused while getting service, they are advised to use above channels to follow up on the services. One can also register and use our eKaseel system to provide feedback or raise grievance too. Aside from that, contact numbers of the service providing agencies are also available on the contact page of this portal.

G2C Office launches e-payment service

Citizens can now make online payments for various G2C services. The aim is to improve public service delivery and increase administrative efficiency. During the launch, the prime minister described the e-payment service as "a big stepping stone in our development journey.".

As of now, the online payment for G2C services can be made from bank accounts with the Bank of Bhutan (BOB), Bhutan National Bank (BNB) and Druk Punjab National Bank (DPNB).

Mobile apps to provide easy access to public services

The apps were developed in close consultation with relevant agencies by the office of the Government to Citizen Services (G2C) as part of the government's effort to strengthen public service delivery.

Launching the apps, Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay said, the apps will act as a bridge between public and service providers towards achieving the country's developmental goals.

Phuntsholing Thromde launches G2C Services

Phuentsholing Thromde in collaboration with the Government to Citizen (G2C) Office under the Office of the Prime Minister and Cabinet launched the G2C System comprising of a total of nine services under Phuentsholing Thromde, according to a press release issued by the Prime Minister's Office.

Instant online fund transfers amongst domestic banks through mobile, Internet and ATMS (automatic teller machines) is now possible with the launch of the BIPS (Bhutan Immediate Payment Service) system yesterday in Thimphu.
