1.For online application/registration the following documents must be ready:
a. Online approved valid security clearance
b. Scanned copy of class X mark sheet (front page only) for upload
c. Bhutanese Citizenship Identity Card
d. Index number of BHSEC (2025)
2. Candidates from outside BCSEA Board must upload class X and XII mark sheets and pass certificates along with the statement of equivalence during online application.
3. Registration after 9th February 2026 shall not be accepted by the system.
